Rob is a fantastic personal trainer. A couple of years ago, I decided to get a personal trainer in my goal to get back into fitness. Rob enabled me to develop a very good level of fitness based on his motivation and safe training methods. Based on my level of confidence developed, I decided to challenge myself and join the ADF. Though this was a very difficult physical challenge for me, the training program Rob put me through made sure I succeeded. Rob’s training method is very safe and ensures I get the maximum benefits. I have been seeing Rob for Remedial Massage Therapy for a few years now since struggling with a back injury. He is always a friendly and welcoming face, and he makes you feel comfortable and at ease during the treatment session. Rob takes the time to assess your needs and tailors his treatment accordingly and his background in Fitness and Personal Training complements his treatments. He continues to improve his skills and is adding new techniques such as dry needling that I find highly effective at keeping me pain and injury free.
