POSTURAL ASSESSMENT

Our postural assessment will give you a breakdown of your body’s imbalances.

A thorough assessment on posture is critical when it comes to programming specifically for your goals. It will enable us to work with your bodies needs to reduce pain and the likelihood of injury. If you’re suffering from pain, it is likely you are loading your body under poor postural conditions with incorrect movement patterns.

A postural assessment may well be the blueprint to reducing:

• Headaches

• Lower back pain

• Shoulder and neck pain

• Knee and foot pain

• Restriction in your range of movement

POSTURAL CORRECTIVE EXERCISES

Corrective exercises are given once the issue or issues have been identified from the postural assessment. These are exercises that are given with an understanding of anatomy, and biomechanics to address and fix movement patterns, compensations, and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and in everyday life.

With this strategy, you will be able to move and feel better with reduced pain and improved posture.

BODY MEASUREMENTS

Our initial assessment will also include measurements of the waist, hips, arms, back, and legs. Girth measurements are used as a base measure so changes can be monitored during future retesting. This will be the most accurate benchmark for the start of your journey!
Whether your goal is to lose weight or pack on muscle, tracking your progress with numbers will be the most reliable.

GOAL SETTING AND STRATEGIC PLANNING

It’s nothing new but often overlooked. Setting a goal with a calculated strategy will drastically improve your chance of reaching a desired outcome. It sounds obvious and easy. However, you may be surprised at how many individuals fail simply because they have not laid out the correct plan on how to get there.
